I'm Amelie Matignon, and I started AM in 2017 with a simple mission: to create beautifully crafted pieces that last - made with care, intention, and respect for the planet.

AM has grown and evolved over the years, but the values have stayed the same: Eco-conscious design, artisanal techniques, and timeless craftsmanship.

All of our products are made from upcycled high-quality leather or ethically sourced cork, and designed to be durable, functional and beautiful. Every piece tells a story of sustainability and slow making - whether it's a wallet, a bag, or a set handmade coasters.

But AM is more than just a brand. It's a way to share the joy of creating.

I launched our DIY Kits so anyone - with no experience at all - could craft something meaningful with their own two hands. It's about slowing down, learning something new, and taking pride in making something that's truly yours.

After the pandemic, I began leading workshops for children, adults, the elderly, and disabled individuals. That quickly became the best part of my job. Watching someone who thought they "weren't creative" light up with pride after finishing their piece - that's where the magic happens.

Every AM DIYer, every made-to-order customer, every workshop participant becomes a maker - a craftsman in their own right. Together, we're building something more than products. We're building a community of people who value craft, sustainability, and self-expression.

This journey has already gone further than I ever imagined - and it's only just beginning.
